Dylan Cover Alert
My Banjitar is a 6 string guitar with a banjo body. Here's an example of its sound on a version of a Dylan classic, with a photo slideshow of the view from the long train ride between Long Branch, NJ and Manhattan - which is both boring and beautiful.

Roger Centeotl, Lunar Lord
Roger Centeotl, Lunar Lord
The next chapter in the continuing saga of the Cuniglius Cronk epic story.
Cuniglius Cronk and his world was dreamed up by my friend and collaborator Patrick Hambrecht. Patrick is the leader of Flaming Fire, an ongoing electric greco roman chanting metal spectacle of a band that has had more members of the years than the promise keepers. I was one of them for 5 years (bass, thank you) Patrick wrote all of this stuff while quite sober and I have spent way too much time drawing it into comic -err graphic novel format.
Cronk is a superhero of sorts, a civil war veteran who travels through time after his death as a skull faced biker. His bike is part Ostrich part robot. In the war he lead a crack team of mercenaries known as the Ostrich brigade because - that's right - they rode ostriches. Anyway, all of this was covered in the first issue called In the Future We Will Float. Now, I don't have the time nor does Blogger have the bandwidth for me to go into the whole thing but this new chapter involves young Roger Centeotl is a young Aztec who grows up to join Cronk in the Ostrich Brigade. There's much time-travel, lusty babes, action, creatures and psychedelic wanderings to keep you amused like any good comic book should, so enjoy the story which is presented here in 14 spreads. A printed version may be available soon but we're still tinkering with our time machine.
